High Temperature Insulation Materials (Fiberglass, Mineral Wool, Ceramic Fiber)
Looking forward to insulate temperatures above 500°C in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. The following are the common materials that will serve you best. .

1. Fiberglass Insulation Blankets
Fiberglass blankets have a temperature rating of 538°C, making it ideal to use in boilers, fireplaces, pizza ovens among other heated appliances.
It is also suitable to use in offices and residential houses for both heat and sound proofing.
Has soft fibers making its installation easy.
Our fiberglass sizes are 15m by 1.2m and 50mm thickness.
2. Rockwool (mineral wool) Insulation Blanket
Rockwool Insulation Blankets have a temperature rating of 648°C, also making it ideal for use in boiler insulation, furnaces, kilns incinerators and other high temperature applications.
It is also used in residential homes and offices for thermal and sound insulation. It’s also fire-retardant and will not support mildew.
The various sizes available include:
- 5m x 0.6m x 50mm
- 3m x 0.5m x 80mm
- 3m x 0.5m x 100mm
3. Ceramic Fiber Insulation Blanket
Ceramic Fiber Insulation has the highest temperature rating of 1260°C which makes it suitable for applications such as annealing furnaces, crude heaters, heat-treating furnaces, co-generation ducts, expansion joints etc.
It is lightweight and has high tensile strength and high resistance to corrosion.
Our sizes of ceramic fiber blankets in Kenya include:
- 3600mm x 610mm x 50mm
- 7620mm x 610mm x 25mm
